Transfers... "You stupid Cow!"

Well, I am emailing a day late because I got transferred back down to Tule Springs, my old Zone in Las Vegas.  This time I am on the complete opposite side of the zone.  My new companion is Elder Boyce.  He is pretty quiet and kinda awkward, but I can deal with that.  I like him already.  The bus ride down wasn't as long as I remembered it being... maybe because I have done it so many times.  I'm wondering how long I will be down here before they send me back up North.  I feel like I was called the Nevada North Mission with brief stints in Las Vegas, which I don't mind because I like the North better than Vegas.

 

My birthday was pretty uneventful.  I opened Aunt Janice's package and Mom's package and Emily's card on my birthday.  Thank you all for thinking of me.  Other than that, I spent most of the day in the Church building.  Saturday, only one couple showed up to the building for the morning and afternoon sessions.  Pretty pathetic.  I guess everybody either skips or watches it at home.  Highlight from conference: "You stupid cow!"  haha.  I also learned a lot of things that I could have used for my previous investigators in Battle Mountain, but I always am able to receive revelation like that after it's too late.  Oh well.  In my life I haven't learned things right in front of me until I have had the faith to accept it.  Maybe it's the same way with everybody.
