Baptisms and Zucchini

A short email from Matt this week, but a great one nonetheless!  I think we all send him such long emails each week, that by the time he logs on to a computer and reads them all, his time is up!  Still the highlight of my week, however.

We are keeping busy especially since we are preparing a woman for baptism.  Her name is Karen and she is really self motivated.  She reads all the sunday lessons from the gospel principles manual and when we mentioned the word of wisdom she was self motivated to not only stop drinking coffee but also caffeinated drinks!!  She is awesome.  Her baptism is on Saturday.  We haven't worked out all the details yet so I will let you know how it went next week.
Elder Meldrum is a funny guy.  He's great despite not being extremely motivated.  Funny story.  We went to a person's house and they wanted to give us zucchini.  we said yes and they gave us 8 (count them) 8 zucchini!!!  Holy cow.  So we decided to make zucchini bread to give to people.  but it collapsed in the middle!! does anybody know how to prevent that?
Anyway, I should go.  Thank you all for your emails.  I love you!

Matt is always so positive and upbeat.  He boosts my spirits!

And does anybody have a good recipe for zucchini bread?  :)
