Integrity to the end

September 8, 2010
Monday was Labor Day, Tuesday was zone meeting so I'm writing today.

Yesterday at zone meeting, I was very impressed by one of the missionaries testimonies.  He is going home in a month and he was just transferred into Winnemucca after the whole city was whitewashed.  Winnemucca was previously known as the vacation area from the mission.  Nobody worked in Winnemucca.  Now this missionary who is about to go home is training and in 2 weeks he has set 3 people for baptism and in an area where they were teaching maybe 1 lesson a week, they are now teaching over 20.  It made me think hard about my mission and what I'm going to do when I have just a few months left.  Am I going to be washed up and trunky and ready to go home or am I going to finish my mission with integrity and work my heart out to the very end?  He is working till the very end.  He has integrity.  He is a true representative of Jesus Christ.  I'm at the point in my mission that I'm starting to see what is truly important in my mission: Serving the Lord with all my heart and pointing to him in everything that I do.  I want to let everyone know that this Gospel is true and complete and it saves lives.  Jesus Christ has provided a way for EVERYBODY to come back into the presence of our loving Eternal Father and find peace in this life and complete and eternal joy in the life to come.  Nobody will be excluded if we will only repent of our sins.

Nothing else significant happened last week.  I hope that everybody had fun on their long weekend.  The schools here only have 4 day weeks so they got a 4 day weekend!  How cool is that?

That's about it for me.  Thank you everybody for all your support.  I love you.
